The dumbest way that I injured myself was taking the trash out and cut my leg

I fell out my back door once and fell on boards on my belly because my house shoe fell off and made me trip and fall. LOL

A few years ago, I throw my hip out and had to go to the emergency room. Lets just say my husband and I were trying new things lol

I was tossing a bag of trash into the bin a few years ago and suffered a torn rotator cuff lol 🤣 wasn’t funny at the time because I couldn’t move my shoulder for a couple of months!!!
