Jeremiah 10: 2-5 and verse 8
Thus saith the Lord, learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed by them.
For the customs of the people are vain; for one cutteth the tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.
They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and hammers, that it move not.
They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil neither is it in them to do good.
Verse 8 But they are altogether brutish and foolish: the stock is a doctrine of vanities.
Well Derrick, that’s the thing, most Christians don’t read the Scriptures they just let a man preach the unconcern things to them and they don’t do research. They will always be in the dark a lie. They won’t come in to the light the truth. They don’t read and they do do their research!!
That is a good thing. We were all taught lies.
Wow,..that’s Just like me, I’m always doing my research on history and on the Scriptures or for some people the Bible. You do know Derrick, that the Scriptures teaches us that most of these churches worship man means money and is of the world and not the Father Our Creator. Anyway I won’t go into it. I don’t believe he would when the scriptures above says don’t be like the heathen plus if you go to the new testament in the first four books it tells you when John the Baptist was only six months older than Jesus and if you count the months up I promise you December 25 was not when Christ was born. But thanks for commenting I like to put these up so that other’s can see what God’s true intentions are for this world and for every man woman and child. He doesn’t wish for no man to perish but that all men come to repentance.
I truly don’t think that December the 25th was the actual day that Jesus was born, but it is the day set aside for all people to celebrate Jesus’ birth here on earth. It should be regarded as a celebration of Him instead of the day that Santa Clause comes to visit.

Thank you Derrick, for that, I keep on telling them, but, they don’t want to listen they are all set in there old ways with their pagan ways and celebrations!! Some would day they celebrate Jesus, but how and in what way? Man will always make their excuses and will always be in the dark by not leaning and reading Jeremiah to be in the light.
Great answer furthermore if people would read in Matthew Mark Luke and John they would see that the sheep hurders was still tending there sheep. If people knew that in that area and region of the hurders was still tending to their flock it ment it was still warm out not to mention John the Baptist was only 6 months older than Jesus if you count the months up you will see what month Jesus was born in and I assure you it was not December 25.
I agree brother that’s why I stay in the scriptures so I can unlearn what the world has been teaching and relearn what God says.
