I cook at least 4-5 times a week. I try to do a lot of crock pot meals. This way I can put it on in the morning before work. My husband also cooks, so I am thankful for that.
Yes the men in Nigeria are very good cook’s, I know Nigeria very well every year I’m in Nigeria, I have many friends and do a lot of business import many Nigerian products and export car products. And they love my Jamaican cooking.
