Do you eat the veins on bananas??

I love bananas! I peel mine upside down like the monkeys. They hold it by the stem and peel. I think there are less veins with this method.

Also, I take the peel (the white part) and rub it on my teeth. My daughter saves banana peels in water and uses as fertilizer.
