Bulling can be moderate to intense. It can happen anywhere, anytime and anyplace. I know you were one-time bullied without your realization, because it looked friendly and not intense. Some bullies do it without knowing they are doing it. Yes, even mislead a person or giving a false information is bullying. Not providing some essential to do a certain task when knowing you should, is bullying of its kind. Mind manipulation is bullying. Both the players may not realise this.
