If they are taught right from wrong and there isn’t any trauma causing them to lash out then, yes they are mindful of what they are doing and are just very cruel or have a very sick sense of humor. The main thing is something had to cause them to be that way and sadly sometimes its the parents teaching them or by them watching their parents. My mother was very racist and I saw how she was and made sure that I was the exact opposite of that. My children will tell you till this day that they don’t see colors they see people. Bullying, where a grew up was mostly racism and hatred. You don’t learn that from a book, you learn that from a “role model,” and it is really sad to see. In 6th grade my daughter took a whole bottle of Tylenol, trying to commit suicide because of bullying but she is still here with us because of our gracious god so we may not be able to stop all the bullying but we sure can pray for them!!
