I have not bought any at the store for years.
My daughter has chickens. She keeps me supplied. They are all different colors. White, brown, blue. She told us to keep on shelf until ready to use them. Then wash them and keep in refrigerator.
A lot of deviled eggs has been happening here. It’s a favorite request for all.
