An opinion may be wrong in the mind of someone else, but probably not to the person with the opinion. If I have an opinion it’s my own thought and what I feel is best, but others may not agree and have a different opinion.

You’re welcome Jacqueline
I truly think that your opinion, is your opinion. There’s no right or wrong about it. It just what you think, not what you know.
When you express your opinion on facts something that is true are false that is when your opinion can be wrong or right thank you Rashone for sharing your comment
You welcome, Jacqueline.
Opinions can’t be wrong because they are your own personal beliefs, but the facts behind the views can be wrong, misunderstood, or misinterpreted.

My opinion, every opinion can be wrong or right, it all depends on the subject.
A fact is a statement that can be proven to be true or false. An opinion is a statement neither true nor false it is an expression of feelings, an attitude, a value judgment, or a belief. So, the answer to the question is yes, an opinion can be wrong compared to actual fact. Thank you, David, for sharing your comment.
It depends on the subject I suppose…
An opinion can’t really be wrong when considering a philosophical matter.
But some things are just facts, if we like it or not!
An opinion is when you speak on what your thoughts are about something not necessarily known as facts so yes opinions can be wrong and thanks Cheryl for sharing your comment
