One thing I find overrated, despite its popularity, is the concept of “hustle culture.” Many people glorify the idea of constantly working, sacrificing sleep, and pushing oneself to the extreme for success. While hard work is undeniably important, the notion that you must always be grinding to be valuable or successful often leads to burnout, stress, and a lack of balance in life. I believe that strategic effort, self-care, and intentional breaks can be more sustainable and fulfilling in the long run than simply glorifying endless hustle.
