When feeling mentally and physically drained, it’s helpful to take a break and practice self-care. This could include going for a walk, meditating, or engaging in a relaxing hobby. A motivation booster for many is setting small, achievable goals to regain a sense of accomplishment. Finding inspiration through music, reading, or connecting with friends can also help lift your spirits
When you feel like doing nothing, don’t aim high. Do one tiny thing:
Drink water
Take a shower
Step outside for 5 minutes
Make your bed
Stretch
Small action → small momentum → bigger action.
Great
As Chad says, doing something ( just starting out small) helps get the engine going! I also think to myself, “if you just do it think how much better you’ll feel once it’s done!” Just like with working out or cleaning the house, I feel SO much better when I accomplish something.
