I never pay attention to license plates unless there’s something silly on them 🙈
Oh my – I don’t know how it happened, but I read it as “the oldest.” I was a bit surprised reading the comments, and it didn’t even cross my mind that something was wrong. I guess I didn’t have my glasses on that day LOL. One that stuck in my mind was BUG 80Y.

From the 1950’s the number plate is black in dose days. Today, that is a Collectable car and the number plate on its own is also a Collectable. So the car on its own is worth a lot of money, and the number plate on its own is also worth a lot of money!! I had a 1964 MGB Convertible Collectable I had the car for 3 year’s that had old number plates black. 1983 I sold the car, and I sold the black number plates Separately a year after.
