Are you someone who finds it difficult to say no people that you end up accepting tasks or saying yes to someone one when deep down you are not really happy.
YEs I am very much a person who doesn’t say no that often. I have found myself doing things for people that I would prefer not to be doing but Ive always been a people pleaser.
