Are you someone who finds it difficult to say no people that you end up accepting tasks or saying yes to someone one when deep down you are not really happy.
Sometimes I find it hard to say no to a friend or relatives who have requested for some assistance in whichever way. Even I can’t offer to help straight away, I most of the time just say Yes, I would try to find a way of helping.
