Interacting with my seven year old great niece. She is a ball of joy!

When I find myself making a milestone. I would be joyful because that is a progress in my endeavour.

On my mobile phone seeing my stocks and shares rising higher and higher by the day. I get a lot of joy seeing my investments growing.

Watching Tubi movies 😂

I don’t drink coffee, for my sweet joy I boil watermelon skin, Ginger, and orange skin. That’s my tea to drink nice sweet joyful small. All the vitamins and minerals Iron the body need. Sickness and my tea can’t share the same body.

Nothing much anymore, Ive been too stressed out lately to even notice the little things that could bring joy. Normally it would be my music or my pets snuggling with me on the couch though.

I have a few things like that. One of them is drinking coffee in silence early in the morning, as the sun slowly rises 🌇

Seeing my wife finally being recognised for the hard work that she does every day.

The little thing that brings me joy everyday is knowing that I have my family and friends supporting me as I support them and how we can overcome any struggles that may endure.

When I do realise that I can manage my health and for that of my family so well. That lifts my spirits so much.

1. The smell of my mother’s cooking, specially on a Sunday. yum, yum,, that brings me joy and comfort.
