Does time flow forward or is the passage of time an illusion?

I look at time based on months, days, and years.Time does move forward. As I have belief in the Most High,it has been stated that spirits have been able to go through the present and the past and the future. This can also be the reason why the time machine is still being talked about and the attempt is still out there in building that.Time really does not stand still.
