Dinner tonight was take out from Olive Garden. It consisted of lasagna, salad, breadsticks, and spaghetti with meat sauce.
I haven’t been to Olive Garden for long time. We still have one here in town too. I’m not big on Italian but love their salads and bread❣

Boild yam is bring cooked that way with we Jamaicans 🇯🇲 and Africans for many generation long before the western world ever knew about yam was!! It’s some family’s Boild and mash it into a past make a small round flat doe and frie it with other ingredients. For generations we have been cooking yam this way.
Your way is much healthier. I might like it fried.
We bake ours with brown sugar, butter and marshmallows on top. I guess it’s really called candied yams.
Maybe pizza or kfc
We probably have pizza once a week. I have an old commercial pizza oven from my father’s bar. It cooks a perfect pizza each time.
Our KFC closed here in town.
Breakfast quesadillas with left over Easter ham, cheese and egg. My husband and I just discussed this before I came into work for the evening.

Wow..yams with marshmallows melted on top. I don’t think I would like that, now that is very different maybe too sweet not that healthy. Bit you know what, I may try it as I do have a sweet tooth. Ohh, I boil my yams with herbs. And the left overs I fried the yams for breakfast with eggs and beans with chicken.

I love beef stew. I have never had with rice. We have ours over biscuits. I am going to have to try with the rice next time❣
