“Is tipping culture fair?” means asking whether the current system of leaving extra money for service workers (like in restaurants, bars, etc.) is a just or equitable way for them to be compensated.
I think tipping should be based on performance. If I receive exceptional service, I’ll tip more than if I receive the bare minimum. I don’t like being forced to tip a certain percentage.

Tipping culture would be okay if only it come from the stakeholders and there is standardized wage-earner or a policy for each sector. Just tipping is not all that okay without proper know how the payments should be.

Tipping culture often shifts employer responsibility onto customers, creating inequality.

Not necessarily. If workers were paid a better wage, people wouldn’t feel pressured to tip as much.
