Many people pleads guilty for crimes that they haven’t committed due to lack of knowledge or funds. So they take a plea deal confessing to a crime that they did not commit in hopes of a lesser sentence .Should their confession be thrown out due to the lack of counseling, ( such as having a lawyer present)
Thank you Josie, even doe my comment was negative. Its not the people I don’t like, it’s the system. I Have many family and friends all over America, and I travel there many times!!
