But suger yes we can live without. I make special pouch to clean out the sugar out of my blood. Better for my sex life!! And a more healthy body!!
Maybe not completely without salt but with low salt you can survive. I know this because I can’t use a lot of salt because it causes my feet and ankles to swell now there maybe another underline source as to why my body reacts to salt like that not really sure I just know I have to watch my intake of salt anyway thanks David for your comment
