I’m on month 3 of not smoking cigarettes . No one MUST smoke cigarettes , thats a bit insane to have that mindset . Everyone starts for different reasons . I feel like i became addicted on accident , it was originally a boost after weed , then it became a habit . I’d never recommend it to anyone . Avoid it at all cost . Also , it caused me to now have Multiple sclerosis. So IF you do smoke , quit now while you still have good health .
Thank you for your comment, Mina.
Addicted to nicotine, but also it’s a stress reliever, and becomes a habit of hand-to-mouth movement. I smoked for many, many years. I stopped back in 2009, but it was definitely hard to quit.
Thank you for such a thoughtful comment, Dawn.
Cigarettes have no nutritional value but they destroy your body. Smoking is a habit that is difficult to stop unless you have the will power. People smoke for many reason, some would have started due peer pressure then find it difficult to stop and some start for fun some it will be coping mechanism which ends up to addiction.
It is their stress reliever for whatever they are dealing with.
I like your comment Alexis.
Thanks Hillary
I think it is an addiction and peer pressure (wanting to be apart of the crowd)
Thank you for your comment Phyllis.
You are welcome!
Because they were young and stupid like I was at 16 years old and they’re addictive! Thank goodness I quit but they have no nutritional value and are only harmful to health.
Cigars has no nutritional values, i understand. Thank you for your comment.
For us growing up it was advertised everywhere. Kids outside smoking like it was the norm. And it’s addictive.
Thank you, Josie
