What’s something you do to calm yourself down before bedtime?

Take a warm tea and listen to cool gospel music.

Most nights, I just take my magnesium supplement and drink room temp water with a hydration stick if I feel dehydrated. Helps me to relax and fall asleep faster.

, take a nice hot bath & drink some tea 

I usually just watch something relaxing or listen to music to wind down.

I usually have a cold shower that calm me down .

I think about how comfy it is going to be to get into bed and not have to do anything but rest.  Just getting the opportunity to be able to lay down in a safe and comfy place to rest calms me down.

Silence. I need my peace.

I read something positive and then I pray

I am doing meditation and praying to God before sleep. It keeps me relexed and calm.

The remaining exhaustion from working in the evening usually helps. Otherwise, a nice drink finishes the job.

im watching some turkish movies before bedtime it calm me down

To calm myself down before bedtime, I usually journal and read a little of a book that I am interested in.

I zone out on social media or play games on my phone with tv going in the background fro noise.

I like to watch some Tom and Jerry or I love Lucy lol

I usually read, listen to music and drink tea that calm me and my klonopin helps me  before i sleep

Have a beer or watch tv.

I drink warm water and pray before I sleep.

Watching television always send me to sleep. I only watch the first bit and the rest I would be in cloud nine. Lol.
