The Hanging Gardens of Babylon are traditionally believed to have been located in the ancient city of Babylon, near present-day Hillah, Iraq. However, it’s worth noting that some historians and archaeologists debate their existence or exact location, as no definitive archaeological evidence has been found. Despite this, they remain legendary as one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, often attributed to King Nebuchadnezzar II. 🌿🏺

The Hanging Gardens, one of the ancient world wonders, were traditionally believed to be located in Babylon, a city in ancient Mesopotamia. However, recent research suggests they may have been in Nineveh, the capital of the Assyrian empire. Babylon is near present-day Baghdad, Iraq, while Nineveh is located near Mosul, Iraq.
