Trying to be like someone else is futile because that person’s identity is already occupied. Embracing your own individuality and being true to yourself is encouraged, as it allows you to express your authentic self and discover your unique potential.
One day at a time to me means not having to carry all the weight of your worries on your shoulders all at once to where it gets you stressed out and gets you down and just not like yourself. Take it day by day however you want or feel like dealing with whatever you are dealing with. I don’t know if you guys understand what I mean. The world won’t end so don’t stress yourself out and overdo it by trying to do it all in one day or think you have to do it in one day. I think that’s why they say ‘One day at a time.’
