I think so, I wait 4 minutes and if I try to post before that it says I’m going to fast. However, today I’m having problems with posting, many are hanging up !! I don’t know if it’s the site or a problem on my end. Anyone know?

At one point I thought it was the computer so I changed and use a spare one but it was the same. I think it is something to do with the web sight. We just have to exercise patience
