Why do some couples enjoy cheating their spouse?

A  couple of reasons come to mind but they all usually point to the person being selfish. Sabotaging happiness, getting bored of their partner, fear of commitment, the opportunity, etc

Because they don’t really love their spouse? Or they have fallen out of love but instead of ending it, they keep the relationship for the security. I think most people don’t take marriage seriously which is why we have a 50% divorce rate. I was cheated on and decided never to re-marry because no one is committed anymore.

There could be many reasons why one would cheat. The bottom line, I think is that they don’t honor their vows that they took. If you truly love a person, you wouldn’t cheat. If you fear God you wouldn’t cheat!

I wouldn’t know, I don’t believe in cheating, I myself do cheat.

It seems many people these days have no morals. Sometimes a spouse is too forgiving and the cheating spouse keeps getting away with it over and over. Marriage is a sacred vow to be faithful, but unfortunately too many people these days don’t honor their vows.

It might be because of various reasons. It might be because of revenge cheating, or lack of marital satisfaction in one way or another. May be conjugal rights is denied on either.

I really can not answer this question my friend. I do agree with you people do not value marriages anymore. Only God knows why.
