Is suffering an important part of being human?

We wouldn’t have been suffering, but Adam and Eve brought all these. You can’t remember in the holy Bible it all started in the garden of Eden where Eve was cheated to eat a forbidden fruit by a serpent. Then they were both cursed by God.
