Spain, the Spanish discover the new world 100 years before the English, well there was people there already…the Spanish just killed many of them a claim they discovered the new world. Then 100 years later the English come then the European and the started killed off the the Indigenous people .please forgive my spelling, then it was name America, that why America celebrate thanks giving Grateful for the land they have stolen. Anyway 100 year’s late that part of America 🇺🇸 Florida still was owned by the Spanish, And America brought Florida from the Spain.
