I would say Betsy Ross, but I don’t think that is correct in history. But on your list its correct but not in history!!
Betsy Ross is the correct answer choice based on my answer choices. I could have been more thorough and included Francis Hopkinson as well as he came up with the design and Betsy actually did the sewing. Thanks as always David
