What is the relationship between power and responsibility?

I believe having power, you should be responsible in how you use it.  They work hand in hand. Meaning making sure it is use wisely and not unethically across the board. Should be used to help and serve others fairly and not just certain people.  If you have power to do certain things and it is not use correctly, it could possibly lead to a problem (s) later on down the road.
