Uhm??? Then are two completely two different Separate things. Responsibly is when a person is responsible for something or someone nothing to do with freedom, we are have some kind or Responsibly our kids, our family or something. Freedom?? Uhm?? Can be financial freedom, or freedom from Slavery or freedom from a place or from someone freedom from something work. I find my freedom form work for someone else a company. Now I work for myself that is my freedom now I’m seeking financial freedom.
I think the difference between the two is simply when you have responsibilities you are not free to do whatever you want not without neglecting things you are responsible for freedom is the opposite because you have no real responsibilities you are free to do you as the saying goes that’s what I think if that makes sense
