If you had to get rid of one from your diet forever, which one would it be: chicken or steak?

I can do without steak. I am not a big meat person. I will take a few bites. I am almost vegetarian ~ I do love bacon❣🥓

I rather have cheese or/and potato soup and salads. 🍲🥗

Ohhh a hard question as I do like both but I must admit I do Prefer Chicken so I would do without Steak.

It would have to be steak. I rarely eat steak but chicken is something I eat at least once a week.

Well according to the USDA Red Meat isn’t good for you but not everyone follows or agrees with the USDA…. As for my family and myself we eat red meat on a daily basis as well as chicken…. So I would get rid of chicken and just stick with steak.

Definitely chicken, I’m a steak person and I love beef! I like chicken too but I like steak 🥩 best.
