I believe that animals do show some type of emotional moral empathy. That’s why we often call them our “companions” or “a man’s best friend.” Studies show that animals display behaviors that suggest they experience emotions in the form of sympathy, anger, and even a sense of justice. I think that animals only have that to an extent. Very interesting subject for sure.
