A lot are not safe but I guess there is not a law on how close you can build to the waters. I say it is at your own risk if you want to stay there. No guarantees. I wonder if paperwork has been introduced now? Or electronic paper work, lol. If I was an owner, I would have guest sign that there are no guarantees if Mother Nature stirs up something. 🌊
