Have you ever mapped out your family tree?

Most black people in America 🇺🇸 and in Jamaica 🇯🇲 can’t map their family history tree. For Slavery most don’t know where in Africa they were taken from. Or even know their family true name. I can map my Mother side of the family from my great great grandmother. She was so beautiful that the slave owner married her and given all my family freedom, so we know there name from Mr Smith a Scottish. We still communicate with our African family so we know that part of the map. But, unfortunately on my Dad side of the family is unknown, we don’t know where in Africa they were taken from or even know their true names. But we are still searching so we can complete the full family tree!!
