What is/are your favorite, year-round, dessert(s)?

What dessert could you eat any time of the year? Do you have more than one favorite?

I love them all, but brownies and ice cream are my favs. You can add stuff or switch the flavors to suit the season, and yes, I eat ice cream even if it’s cold.
