I’m in the middle of selling my house and my stress level is through the roof. From the showing of the house to dealing with realtor and the As is company. I’m open to any and all segestions. I try to find a positive in any situation but this one is hidden pretty good and saying “come out come out where ever you are” isn’t working lol
Selling a house really is one of the most stressful things someone can go through—you’re not alone in feeling that way! A few things that might help ease the process:
✨ Lean on your realtor (or company) for clarity. If something doesn’t make sense, ask them to slow down and explain. A good realtor should be your translator through all the legal and financial jargon.
✨ Set boundaries with showings. If constant showings are overwhelming, see if you can schedule blocks of time rather than feeling like you’re always “on call.”
✨ Keep a checklist. Writing down each step and crossing things off can make the process feel less like a whirlwind and more like a series of manageable tasks.
✨ Declutter your mind, not just the house. A simple walk, music break, or meditation—even for 10 minutes—can lower that stress spike and give you back some control.
✨ Remember your “why.” Every time it feels like too much, remind yourself of the goal: the fresh start, the new chapter waiting once the sale is complete.
You’re handling more than most people realize, and even though it’s hidden right now, the positive is in there—it’s that freedom and peace you’ll feel once this is behind you. Hang in there, you’re doing better than you think. 🌸
Sending you tons of Love and Light ❤️
