I would rather be able to change the weather. I wouldn’t want to control time because it would not only affect me but every living being and could change their whole entire lives into chaos possible not sure but just wouldn’t want to find out whether good or bad it’s not for me.

I rather be able to control time because once you can control time you definitely achieve and become what ever you wish so anything u didnt get right, you can go back and start all over again.
