Would you rather wear jeans one size too small or shoes two sizes too big?

I would rather wear shoes that are two sizes two big because if my jeans are to tight it feels like my blood flow is being cut off to my legs and it’s not comfortable at all to me.But I can deal with the shoes being a little bit bigger than normal.
