Actually in England the 1800’s long before America started building car. The steering wheel was set in the middle. Then later on in. The late 1800’s it was set on the right have side and the car industry started to develop. Still long before America was building cars. I know my English history and America history. And I worked for Ford Motor Company for over 20 years so I know America car history.
