Would you rather every meeting be held in the office or every meeting be a video call?

I’d rather every meeting be a video call. It saves commute time, offers flexibility, and lets people join from anywhere. Plus, virtual meetings can be recorded for reference though sometimes I do miss the energy of in-person chats.
