The most valuable piece of constructive criticism that I have ever received is when my sister told me that when people want to tell me their problems, they don’t always want my opinion, they may just want me to just listen. Now, I really listen to them now, with my mouth shut! When, they come to me with their problems, and ask what should they do, before I give my two cent, I say, “If you don’t want the truth, if you can not handle the truth, don’t ask me”!
