What has been the longest time you had to wait for someone?

About three hours at an airport.

A friend’s flight was severely delayed. It was frustrating, but I passed the time reading and people-watching. The relief on their face when they finally arrived made it worth it.

The longest I’ve waited to go to a party was nearly three hours. My friend kept saying, “Just five more minutes!” We missed the start but still had a great time.
