Overemphasis on Independence: Some people pride themselves on their ability to manage everything on their own, leading to a mindset that rejects help. This can result in burnout and increased stress, as they try to juggle too many responsibilities without assistance.

By stop following others and do my own thing. Many tell this is what you much do or you can do this. You know if I did listen and following others, I would never of started my business, many said its not possible. But doing my own thing I proven them all wrong. What’s not possible I made it possible I started up my catering business all by myself and had workers working for me in my business!! My lesson is always try for yourself. Your are your worst enemy by following or listening to others!!
