I prefer to read a book. Sometimes I drift off into daydreaming or thinking about other things when I’m listening to an audiobook. Reading books myself keeps me more focused.

Both really, I like reading book,, but sometimes I my have tired eyes because I’m tired so I may listen to audiobooks
