I think a little bit of both it has made life easier plus more dependent

Maybe easier as in more convenient. But I have to say that the best time I had with my family was living up a hollar and no cell signal and no internet. My kids actually went outside to play and ride bikes cause they wanted to not cause I made them. Now it’s tablets at school phones at home. Everyone needs glasses now to much eye strain And same for the adults. With out that game to kill time you may find something more productive to do with your hands. nobody knows phone numbers anymore or hardly reads books. We don’t even turn on the tv set anymore. unless it’s being cast from a phone. Security is nice but then if u can see it thru an internet connection so can anyone else. ( Not that they want to).
