Yes, in my childhood years I experienced going through a hurricane. I believe it was Hurricane Ivan.

Yes. Hurricane Sandy in 2012.

No. We don’t get them in the UK. I was flooded out of my home and lost all my belongings in Storm Babet, 23rd October 2023. Had to sleep in a church hall.

Yes, I live in Louisiana. We get them fairly often.

Thank God we have actually had a pretty quiet season. As supposed to last year. And the one before that.

Unfortunately, yes, but I live in Florida. I have gotten lucky so far. I haven’t had a direct hit.

I have experienced many of them, both mild and devastating ones. I live close to the Texas gulf coast so I have experienced those and I have gotten to experience a few in Mexico’s Pacific coast near Acapulco when I was much younger. Some of them were very scary to experience.

We are lucky, we never experience hurricane in our area. Thank you for the good behaviour of the natural phenomenal.

Yes ma’am, Fredrick, Camella, Katrina …. Living on the Gulf Coast we experience many hurricanes
