I would feel betrayed but I would find a way to forgive.
Ephesians 4:32:
“Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you
Colossians 3:13 calls believers to “bear with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgive each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive.” When we extend forgiveness, we open the door to healing for ourselves and the one who wronged us.
In Matthew 18:21-22, Jesus said we should forgive “seventy times seven” by this Jesus did not mean a specific limit, but rather we should forgive endlessly and without limit.
It is always not easy to forgive those who wronged us but with prayer no matter what the level of betrayal is we will be able to forgive.

It doesn’t feel good to tell lie, no matter the situation we find ourselves into
