I actually haven’t been on a vacation since I was 12 and I barely remember it because I was so tired. I just wanted to go home and sleep. I do remember lots of big buildings and lights everywhere. I also remember that mom lost all of the money somewhere on one of the stops for us to stretch our legs and we had to turn around and look all in the grass on side of the road for the money, which, thankfully we did find after like an hour, but it was wet. She had pinned all the money on the air vent to dry it lol. Hopefully in the near future I can have a vacation with my kids that will form great memories for us.

Yes I can. It may not have been the best trip but it does holds a few memories we still laugh about today.
Mitzi thanks for sharing. I understand because when I was young I would sleep on the way there and back. Glad your mom was able to find her money. That was a smart way for your mom to dry the money too At least you can carry the memories.
