Usually when someone answer a question with a question they are trying to avoid answering that particular question and to me that is quiet annoying

It depends on what the question is. Sometimes it makes me think they’re trying to avoid answering me. Other times, the question is asked in a way that actually answers my question or gets me thinking more about mine until I come up with my own conclusion.
