If you cant be best friends with your significant other than you have no business being in a relationship with that person, in my opinion. They should be your person to be able to spill everything too without second questioning if they will up and bail on you. I actually dont really have many friends anymore since I got married to my husband as we seem to fulfill all of our needs together , or life got just too busy that we didnt have time to go hang out with others anymore.
